AN OPERATING EXAMPLE

Start with a clearly defined use case.

Define the work, the information it may use and the result that matters. Integrate the required capabilities, test permissions and recovery, and evaluate the outcome before extending the scope.

Illustrative workflow. Integration and qualification required.
Purpose, scope and availability

CAOS is the model-selection and context role within the proposed SUM runtime. It chooses eligible local, departmental or central models for a task and limits the material each may receive. Coordination and institutional authority remain distinct.

Adoption begins with a defined scope, the relevant integrations and acceptance in the intended environment. Product and component availability varies by configuration.
