AN OPERATING EXAMPLE

Coordinate a reviewed customer communication.

After the responsible person approves a response, IRIS carries bounded assignments to the relevant teams or agents. Preparation, review and the actual send remain separate stages with their applicable permissions.

Illustrative workflow. Integration and qualification required.
Purpose, scope and availability

IRIS carries approved assignments across the configured environment to accountable people, agents or qualified system endpoints. Its proposed responsibility includes assignment delivery, handoff state, acknowledgements and returning progress or results within the agreed integration.

IRIS does not grant authority or reinterpret an assignment into a different objective. Cortex and CAOS coordinate the analytical workforce inside SUM; IRIS carries approved assignments; HIVE coordinates physical fleets. Each connected endpoint retains the controls appropriate to its actions.
